At Roasted Luxury, I know how that first cup of coffee can make or break your whole day so I offer a 100% money-back guarantee. However, if your order arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, I’d be glad to help!
If the coffee you received wasn’t to your taste, please email info@roastedluxury.com so I can help match you to a coffee you’ll love! Would honestly love to hear from you either way, even if it’s just to say hey :)
Shipping:
Roasted Luxury is a small batch, premium coffee company so we always roast our beans per order to ensure fresh quality delivered straight to your doorstep. We roast and ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 8 am EST on Fridays will be roasted and shipped out the following Monday from Orlando, Florida.
Best way to store my Roasted Luxury?
In the bag-we put a valve on the back to keep it fresh or in an airtight container away from sunlight on your counter. You do not want to store it in the freezer. Coffee does not like moisture, heat, light, or air, and storing it in the freezer could cause damage to the freshly ground beans you just purchased.
