My coffee journey started when I was very young...
My dad and I would make coffee- not luxury in appearance but luxury in memories. My favorite was mocha, which back then was drip coffee, a sachet of cheap sugary mocha, and 2% milk. Now my taste buds have shifted to a more sophisticated palette whilst the core is still the same. I love ceremonial, warm cups of coffee to comfort me in the morning, and lattes in the afternoon for a familiar pick me up. Only this time I am using organic, fair-trade coffee with a mixture of homemade almond milk and monk fruit.
